Digital Outdoor

The R1400 is one of Epson’s top-end, high definition A3 professional printers and uses state-of-the-art inks to produce stunningly vivid A3 prints. Epson wanted to target discerning ABC1 consumers and promote the brilliant colour of its product.
We knew we had to do something different. In addition to using traditional large format rail, roadside and underground 48 sheets for this campaign, we recommended utilising digital outdoor sites to bring the intensity of the printer’s colour to life. How better to demonstrate vivid colour and put Epson at the front of mind of potential consumers within key proximity of retailers?
Targeted at consumers in London’s Tottenham Court Road – a Mecca of electronics retailers (a number of which stock the R1400) – this creative was synchronised to run up/down 60 digital escalator panels at Tottenham Court’s underground station. The result? A successful campaign highlighting the product benefits in living colour.
