Francesco Lascari's appointment as Head of Search means he will oversee all SEM and SEO activity at the company, working closely with Head of Digital, Guy O'Brien and reporting directly to Managing Director, Jacqui Seddon. Joining from Google, New York, Lascari brings a wealth of knowledge and insider expertise which he's excited to start sharing with current and prospective clients. Based upon the findings of earlier iProspect research, the Offline Channel Influence on Online Search Behaviour Study, iProspect felt the topic of integration warranted further exploration. Published in August 2007, the study found that two-thirds (67%) of search engine users are driven to search by an offline channel and that 39% of those off-line influenced search users ultimately made a purchase from the company that prompted their initial search.
